CUCUMBER + CONFIT GARLIC + DILL

The days of eating tzatziki washed down with a packet of mints are over with our Authentic ‘Greek’ version. Our chef has reimagined this old family favourite for a new generation with the inclusion of confit garlic, which brings a mellow garlic punch to the palette. We use fresh dill and cucumber which is then whipped into our locally sourced Greek yoghurt.

Here’s how our family uses this dip: 

  • An accompaniment to traditional souvlaki and roast meats

  • A side to Stifatho (one of our favourite Greek stews), braises, casseroles, couscous-based dishes

  • Smeared on the bun of vegetarian burgers

  • A dollop on top of curries
